Legend of Zelda 12 hole Ocarina of Time Replica - Majoras Mask Edition

Although it took over a month to receive the product from ordering it (Even though I live in the same country where this company is based), it was worth the wait. I ordered the Majoria's mask version for my partner as a Christmas/birthday present, and it came just in time! He absolutely loves it!

When I received the ocarina, it was in immaculate condition and quality. There wasn't a single fault with the overall order. The ceramic paint on the ocarina is uniform and looks exactly what the images show, there are no scratches or bulges with the ocarina itself, the printed pages and instructions in the song book are simple and clear (My partner and I loved the artwork inside of it as well!), all what is included in the order was there, and the packaging was very secure. I also want to give you a big THANK YOU for adding a little extra gold-plated Majoria's mask pin! That was a nice surprise!

The only major thing I would like to suggest is improve communication. Apart from the automatically generated emails, there were times where I emailed multiple enquires to know what was going on with the order, and as this happened at the time, know when the website was going to be back online as it went down for a week, and I had no responses to any of the emails I sent. Another suggestion would be to include how long on average it can take for the product to be hand crafted and shipped. This could help customers know how long it would take for the product to arrive to them, especially if it is a gift for someone's birthday or at Christmas.

As for customers that are planning to play with the ocarina and are inexperienced, I would recommend learning how to use a 12-Hole ocarina. The song book may label and show the specific types of holes the ocarina has and song sheets of the songs in the Zelda Series, but it will not teach you how to play the ocarina and assumes you already know how to play.

Cannot fault the product at all, it's perfect. However it took 6 months from order to delivery, without a single word from ZoS (except an automated order confirmation) even after I sent multiple emails requesting to know what was going on, didn't hear one word from them. Ended up forgetting about it, & then months later it turned up on my door, which was a nice surprise but I would've rather had it on time, or at least with some communication.

Even though I'm in the states, the shipping speed was phenomenal. The overall quality is immaculate, the tones and colors of everything is so pleasant. I preferred this bag over the other combination of Ocarina and bag. Both of the neck strings are good, however, because of my hair and head the red one is a little hard to use. So I rely more on using the blue one that is just cord really. The book was a little hard to understand at first, mainly because I was unsure how to place my fingers to play notes. But a quick test of all fingers on, and all fingers off helped me discover where the high and low notes were. The other issue I see, is it would have been nicer if the book gave a more noticeable time interval for playing the notes. I guess they assume you know the songs so well you wouldn't need that. It's just a little hard for someone who is a newer enthusiast such as myself. But I feel eventually it will come to me. Overall I am truly pleased with the purchase of this Ocarina with White/Gold Tri-Force logo.

So I asked in the special instructions for some small gifts, since I wanted to surprise my girlfriend on our first anniversary. Week later the package arrived at my girlfriends location, on time before our anniversary day. The packaging was gorgeous and the quality of the ocarina was phenomenal! They also send her a little extra gift, but it wasn't something small, it was a golden necklace with a trinket! I never thought they add something expensive like this! The service is outstanding and i will surely buy from here again!

The Ocarina was extremely accurate in both looks and sound, and the booklet makes it easy to pick up the basics, as well as providing some more challenging tunes. The accessories are also great, with my favourite piece being the bag along with the cleaning cloth.

The Ocarina that ZoS makes is a great one with details being made perfectly! The sound is incredible and on top of it all, it's easy to learn thanks to the small song book that you get with it! So get playing!

The ocarina is actually excellent quality I was impressed. The box was damaged when I received it but luckily nothing inside was damaged. I'm pleased with the product but I was unhappy with the customer service. I had messaged the shop owner more than once and was ignored.

The ocarina is gorgeous and the packaging is fantastic : pretty yet safe for an overseas journey.
The ocarina is smaller than I expected : i do realise that the size is in the description but a photo next to an object of a known size (Zelda video game cardridge for example) would definitely help picture it better.
The song book is of poor execution : drawings are too small and not sharp enough, it's basically unreadable. It's too bad cos it's a pretty object to display for sure but it's also a music instrument so it'd be nice to have something better to use it. Let's say the size is required to stay that way to keep a low price, having a decent print on it isn't changing that price, it's only a matter of image/print definition. And it's mandatory if you want to keep the book that small.

I have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the instrument. It has a good tone, is fairly easy to learn, and looks even prettier than pictured here! However, shipping took its sweet time, and the ocarina arrived a week later than I was told.

Ocarina looks very nice, could possibly be a bit out of tune for the higher notes (or difficult for a beginner to play). Music book some what helpful but tips or pointers to help play the Ocarina/read the music would go a long way.

My bf loved this gift! its surprisingly heavier than i thought, but looks just like an Ocarina! The music book is a little difficult to read since the music notes are small.

Wow! Beautiful. It really looks like someone took their time with the ocarina. Packaged very well. I feel the only downside was the song book. It was smaller than I imagined and a little hard to read the small print. However it is still a great addition to this awesome product!

Bought it as a present, he loves it. I crocheted him a matching Link hat to go with it, and he's been playing it so much this past week. He says it's difficult to read the song book that comes with it.

Took a little bit to arrive. Possibly because I live in Canada. Produce was great. Music book was way smaller than I thought (very hard to read). Responses could have been been a bit quicker, not a big problem though.

Arrived so quickly (less than a week). Came in a lovely box and in an immaculate condition. A lot harder to play than in the game though obviously and the high notes sound a little scratchy but the rest of the notes sound awesome and I loved playing Zelda's Lullaby. Would definitely buy from this seller again; very pleased! :D

The product itself was great!! However it took 6 weeks to arrive and no tracking number was provided. This made me almost obsessive checking the mail... The seller said it should take around 2 weeks, but this obviously wasn't the case for me. A tracking number would really solve the problem and allow me to give the product 5 stars.

The item itself is gorgeously crafted and it was so beautifully presented in its customised box. The ocarina definitely plays music and the sound is clear and crisp. I bought this for my husband for Valentine's Day and he really loved it. Although I might have regretted giving him something with which he nearly destroyed my eardrums with lol he is NOT musically talented
